Cheyenne Espinal, MA, LAC, NCC

Cheyenne is a Licensed Associate Counselor and graduate of Stockton University, where she earned her Master’s in Counseling. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology from Stockton, completed in 2023.

With hands-on experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults, Cheyenne is committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their concerns, find hope, and work toward healing.

She believes that investing in mental health is a powerful and transformative step toward enriching one’s life. Outside of her professional work, Cheyenne nurtures her well-being through nature walks, music, and spending quality time with loved ones. Her holistic approach reflects her dedication to both personal growth and the journeys of those she supports.
