Eden Mohammed, LSW

Eden is a licensed social worker and early childhood development professional who specializes in infant-parent development, early childhood mental health, intervention and education. She graduated from Hunter College School of Social Work and Bank Street College of Education. She has over 20 years of experience working with vulnerable and at-risk families and communities in various settings.

She teaches undergraduate and graduate social work courses at a local university and provides professional development training and consultation to organizations and individuals. Eden passionately works with a specific focus on attachment theory in the early developmental years. She implements techniques involving interactive play, child-lead-child-centered activities, sensory nurturing space and culturally sensitive approaches.
