Eli Wilson, LCADC
Epharin Eli Wilson brings over 30 years of leadership experience and more than 38 years of long-term recovery, offering a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience in the substance use and mental health field.
Since beginning his counseling career in 2014, Epharin has worked extensively with individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring disorders. He has served in leadership roles, including Lead Case Manager, and now oversees clinical teams and program development as Clinical Director of Substance Use Treatment Services.
Epharin holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Master of Science in Christian Counseling with a specialization in Substance Use and Addictive Disorders. He is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), and an MAT Navigator, with additional certifications in trauma, grief, anger management, and specialized treatment services.
He is passionate about delivering compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered care while supporting the growth of strong clinical teams.
